Stockland Lovell Saddlery
 
     
Our aim is to provide an excellent personal service for local horse owners, our many schooling and competition riders, as well as those attending clinics and residential camps.
 
We are a retail member of BETA (British Equestrian Trade Association). The saddlery is open from 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday, and on show and competition days. We also have a mobile show unit which is on the field at all our big events.

  • Horseware, providing a good selection of rugs, travel boots, and for the rider waterproof jackets and clothing for all seasons.

  • All leatherwear including bridles from Mark Todd, Kentaur and The English Gaiter Co. Girths, reins and stirrup leathers, and quality tendon/fetlock boots.
  • Horse boots to suit all disciplines – Woof Wear, Prolite, N.E.W, Stretch & Flex plus many more.
  • Numnahs and saddlecloths from Griffin Nuumed offering wool lined for ultimate protection for the horse’s back, Polypad and Cottage Craft as alternatives.
  • Competition breeches, jodphurs, stock shirts and leisurewear by Equetech, Tagg and Tally Ho for all ages.
  • Event shirts made by Tantivvy to your own colour/design requirements.
  • Gift vouchers and greeting cards for all occasions.

 

Services

  • We specialise in safety, and our staff are fully trained in the correct fitting of both hats and body protectors which we carry in stock from Charles Owen, Champion, Gatehouse, Airowear and Rodney Powell.
  • NEW- A saddle-fitting service on the first Monday of every month, plus by appointment, Nathaniel Underwood will be at here to sort all your saddle problems, for all enquiries contact us at Stockland Lovell.
  • NEW- Bit bank coming in 2008 offering expert advice and a wide selection to try.
  • NEW- Rug and bridle wear repairs, simply bring the items to us we get them mended and then returned to us ready for you to collect.
  • Postal service available, we are more than happy to send items to you direct, and can get special orders within days.
