£220 per person (£100 deposit required with booking form)

Five Day Residential Camps

Thursday 5th September – Monday 9th September 2013
£315 per person (£100 deposit required with booking form)

This includes stabling for your horse (including hay & straw), your accommodation & all meals, all of your instruction and use of the cross country course.

All you will need to bring is the following:
For your horse : Hard Feed
Water & Feed Buckets
Wheelbarrow/Skip & Mucking out utensils
Tack & Rugs
Grooming, tack cleaning & first aid kit.
   
For yourself : Sleeping bag & pillow
Riding gear (including your body protector and riding hat conforming to current British Standards)
Casual Clothes & WINE (or preferred drink of choice) for supper.

Three Day Camp  
   
1st DAY  
10.00am onwards Arrive and settle into accommodation and stabling
12.30pm-1.30pm Lunch - meet your hosts
Between  
1.00pm-5.30pm Instruction:
  Flatwork, Show Jumping or Cross Country
Alternatively Off road riding around Stockland Lovell
4.00pm onwards Tea and cakes
7.00pm Drinks (bring your own) followed by supper
 
2nd DAY  
8.00am Breakfast

9.00am-12.30pm Instruction:
  Flatwork, Show Jumping or Cross Country
Alternatively Off road riding around Stockland Lovell
12.30pm-1.30pm Lunch
1.00pm-5.30pm Instruction:
  Flatwork, Show Jumping or Cross Country

4.00pm onwards Tea and cakes
7.00pm Supper followed by Equestrian Lecture/Demo

Health And Safety Requirements:
  • Should an instructor have any doubt about the safety of a client because of capability, faulty tack / equipment or other reason then the Instructor must refuse to allow that person to take part until they are satisfied with the amendments made
  • Body protectors to be worn on the Cross Country Course
  • Correct British Standard headgear conforming to current standards to be worn at all times when mounted
  • The organisers reserve the right to alter the programme if deemed necessary
  • No Smoking is tolerated in the cabin, catering, stable or farm yard areas

It is an express condition of every person entering upon the Cross Country Course that he/she agrees, and if he/she is under 18 years of age, his/her parents and/or accompanying adult also agree that he/she does so at his/her own risk and voluntarily accepts the risk of injury or damage that is implicit in riding a horse on, over or near a cross country course.
