The cost of the camp is £200 (£100 deposit to be sent in with booking form) 1 night inclusive, to include:
All meals from Saturday lunch through to Sunday tea and cake included as well as stabling, straw and hay(lage), accommodation and evening speaker.

Friday night stabling & accommodation can be booked at an additional cost of £50.

Shavings – If you require a shavings stable bales can be brought from Stockland Lovell at the current price or alternatively you can bring your own. Shavings stables will be empty on arrival and must be left clean and clear on departure.

Subject to availability it may be possible to book for individual sessions, please contact the office for further details. Priority will be given to those who wish to come for the whole weekend.

Show Jumping – Ben Van Sommeron – local event rider and accredited trainer

  Arrive anytime in the morning and settle in horses.
   
 
9.00am - 1.00pm

Morning rides (either flatwork or Show Jumping)

12.00 - 2.00pm Lunch
1.30pm - 5.30pm

Afternoon rides (those who did flatwork now show jump & those who did show jumping now do flatwork)

3.00pm onwards Tea & Cake
5.30pm - 6.30pm

Bed down horses and feed

6.30pm

Evening Speaker

7.30pm

9.00am – 1.00pm Morning rides (cross country or hack around farm headlands)

  Full details of the weekend will be emailed during the week prior, this will contain your riding sessions, stabling/cabin allocation & a check list of items to bring, please make sure your email address is clear on this form. If you do not have an email address your details will be sent in the post.

It is an express condition of every person entering upon the Cross Country Course that he/she agrees, and if he/she is under 18 years of age, his/her parents and/or accompanying adult also agree that he/she does so at his/her own risk and voluntarily accepts the risk of injury or damage that is implicit in riding a horse on, over or near a cross country course.

   
  All horses must have a current passport which will include vaccination certificate.
