  The cost of the camp is £165.00 per person (£65 deposit to be sent with booking form) inclusive for 1 nights, to include:

All meals from Saturday lunch through to Sunday lunch included as well as stabling, including straw and hay(lage), accommodation and evening speaker.

Friday night stabling & accommodation can be booked at an additional cost of £20.

Shavings - If you require a shavings stable bales can be brought from Stockland Lovell at the current price or alternatively you can bring your own. Shavings stables will be empty on arrival and must be left empty on departure.

Subject to availability it may be possible to book for individual sessions, please contact the office for further details. Priority will be given to those who wish to come for the whole weekend.

  Arrive anytime in the morning and settle in horses.
   
 
9.00am - 1.00pm

Morning Sessions (either flatwork or show jumping)

12.00 - 2.00pm Lunch
1.30pm - 5.30pm

Afternoon sessions (those who did flatwork now show jump & those who show jumped do flatwork)

3.00pm onwards Tea & Cake
5.30pm - 6.30pm

Bed down horses and feed

6.30pm Evening Speaker
7.30pm Supper (bring your own drink)
   
  Sunday
  Sundays format will be as above but will consist of your cross sessions (2 hours). Those who are in the later cross country groups will be able to go for a hack around the farms headlands. Depart after afternoon tea.

  Full details of the weekend will be emailed during the week prior, this will contain your riding sessions, stabling/cabin allocation & a check list of items to bring, please make sure your email address is clear on this form. If you do not have an email address your details will be sent in the post.
