THE BRIDGE TYRES & WHEELS PERPETUAL TROPHY will be awarded to the rider residing within 25 miles of Stockland Lovell, with a penalty free Cross Country round closest to the Optimum Time and also having a penalty
free Show Jumping round in CLASS N2.
THE PETRONELLA PERPETUAL CHALLENGE TROPHY to be presented to the owner of the most successful horse in the Cross Country and Steeplechase phases to have been bred by the owner. Please state on entry form if eligible. |

| A Two Day Event
is a test of skill and endurance. The first day
being dressage, followed by show jumping. The second
day consisting of road and tracks (Phase A) then
a steeplechase course (Phase B) followed by more
road and tracks (Phase C) then a compulsory 10 min
break, finishing with a cross country course (Phase
D). |

Withdrawals before the closing date will be refunded
in full. 25% of the entry fee will be withheld
after closing date up until Monday 2 June 2008.
No entry fee will be refunded after Monday 2

| A ballot
will be held in the case of large entries. |

| In the event of a ballot, a wait
list will be maintained. Please state on
entry form if you do not wish to be placed on waiting
list. Wait listed entries will be notified as spaces
become available. Entry fee will be refunded in
full to wait list entries not accepted. |

All
stabling will be available on site this year
at a cost of £20.00
per night for straw. Shavings will be an additional
£10.00. Please apply for a stabling

No confirmation of stabling will be sent, all stabling requests will be deemed accepted on receipt of a completed booking form and full payment.
A limited amount of self –catering accommodation is available on site; please call Stockland Lovell to check availability before sending in a form. |

| A two course hot meal (Lasagne, cottage pie or a vegetarian meal) will be available on Saturday evening between 7.00pm – 8.30pm at £8.50 per person, strictly by ticket only. Please ensure tickets are booked by Monday 2 June from the secretary, at Stockland Lovell tel: 01278 652224. Please bring your own drink.

Withold any prize

Alter the advertised

Refuse any entry

Eliminate any competitor
not adhering to the rules. |

Dogs to be kept on leads

Medical armbands must be worn by all competitors |

It is an express condition of every
person entering the Cross Country Course
that he/she agrees, and if he/she is
under 18 years of age, his/her parents
and/or accompanying adult also agree,
that he/she do so at his/her own risk

injury or damage that is implicit in
riding a horse on, over or near a cross
