Withdrawals before the closing date will be
refunded in full. 25% of the entry fee will be
withheld after closing date up until Monday 7
June 2010. No entry fee will be refunded after
Monday 7 June 2010. |

| A ballot
will be held in the case of large entries. |
| |
| In the event of a ballot, a wait
list will be maintained. Please state on
entry form if you do not wish to be placed on waiting
list. Wait listed entries will be notified as spaces
become available. Entry fee will be refunded in
full to wait list entries not accepted. |

Riders to be 12 years
& over from date of competition |

A deposit of £5
will be charged on numbers. |
| 3. |
All Horses or Ponies must
be 5 years and over. |
| 4. |
The organisers reserve
the right to: |

| a. |
Withold any prize
money because of insufficient
entries |
| b. |
Alter the advertised
times. |
| c. |
Refuse any entry
with or without reason. |
| d. |
Alter the course
or leave out any obstacle before
or during the competition |
| e. |
Eliminate any competitor
not adhering to the rules. |

Dogs to be kept on leads
at all times. |

Medical armbands must be worn by all competitors |

person entering the Cross Country Course
