Entries close on Monday 27th May, once classes are full entries will be put onto a wait list – please state clearly on entry form if you do not wish to be wait listed. Entries will be processed in order of being received.
Please state any special requests on the entry form. No alterations can be made after the close of entries.

Starting times will be available from 7.00pm – 9.00pm on Thursday 9th June. Also available on www.stocklandlovell.com |

| Withdrawals |
All withdrawals received before the closing date will be refunded in full, withdrawals received after the closing date will not be refunded unless replaced from the wait list in which case a 20% admin fee may be retained.
Please telephone 01278 652224 for withdrawals before 17.00hrs on Tuesday 9 March at the latest. |

| Cancellation |
In case of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions please phone 01278 652224 or 07970473376. In the event of cancellation a small administration charge may be deducted from refunded entry fees.

RUN UNDER BRITISH EVENTING RULES

Riders to be 12 years
& over from date of competition |

All Horses & Ponies must be 5 years & over |

The Organiser reserves the right to: |

Withhold any prize money due to insufficient entries |

Alter the advertised
times. |

Refuse any entry

Alter the course
or leave out any obstacle before

Eliminate any competitor
not adhering to the rules. |

Dogs must be kept on leads at all times |

Medical armbands must be worn by all competitors |
| 7. |
Riding hats to the current British Standard must be worn at all times when mounted |

Body protectors must be worn for the cross country phase and are recommended for the show jumping phase |

First Aid will be in attendance – Vet & Farrier on Call |

Hot & Cold Refreshments Available – Please take all Litter home |

Directions
Southbound
Leave the M5 at Jct 23. After you leave the dual carriageway
on the approach to Bridgwater, turn right at the first set
of traffic lights. Continue through 4 sets of lights until
you reach a roundabout. Turn right onto the A39 to Cannington,
where you will pick up the brown tourist signs to Stockland
Lovell Equestrian. Stockland Lovell is 3 miles from Cannington
on the Hinckley Point road, and is signposted on the left
hand side.
Northbound
Leave the M5 at Jct 24, proceed into Bridgwater and take the
A39 towards Minehead. As you approach Cannington you will
pick up the brown tourist signs to Stockland Lovell Equestrian.
Stockland Lovell is 3 miles from Cannington on the Hinckley
Point road, and is signposted on the left hand side. |
