Entries

Entries close on Monday 1st March, once classes are full entries will be put onto a wait list – please state clearly on entry form if you do not wish to be wait listed. Entries will be processed in order of being received.

£38 per class.

Competitors are required to have their own number bibs.

Starting Times

Starting times will be available from 7.00pm – 9.00pm on Thursday 11 March. Also available on www.stocklandlovell.com

Withdrawals

All withdrawals received before the closing date will be refunded in full, withdrawals received after the closing date will not be refunded unless replaced from the wait list in which case a 20% admin fee may be retained.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions please phone 01278 652224 or 07872010221. In the event of cancellation a small administration charge may be deducted from refunded entry fees.

Rules & Conditions

Run Under British Eventing (BE) Rules.
Please note the following specifically

1. Riders to be 12 years & over from date of competition
2. All Horses & Ponies must be 5 years & over
3. The Organiser reserves the right to:
   • Withhold any prize money due to insufficient entries
   • Alter the advertised times
   • Refuse any entry with or without reason
   • Alter the course or leave out any obstacle before or during the competition
   • Eliminate any competitor not adhering to the rules
4. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times
5. Medical armbands must be worn by all competitors
6. Riding hats to the current British Standard must be worn at all times when mounted
7. Body protectors must be worn for the cross country phase and are recommended for the show jumping phase

First Aid will be in attendance – Vet & Farrier on Call.
Hot & Cold Refreshments Available – Please take all Litter home.

It is an express condition of every person entering upon the Cross Country Course that he/she agrees, and if he/she is under 18 years of age, his/her parents and/or accompanying adult also agree, that he/she does so at his/her own risk of injury or damage that is implicit in riding a horse on, over or near a cross country course.

DIRECTIONS

Southbound
Leave the M5 at Jct 23. After you leave the dual carriageway on the approach to Bridgwater, turn right at the first set of traffic lights. Continue through 4 sets of lights until you reach a roundabout. Turn right onto the A39 to Cannington, where you will pick up the brown tourist signs to Stockland Lovell Equestrian. Stockland Lovell is 3 miles from Cannington on the Hinkley Point road, and is signposted on the left hand side.

Northbound
Leave the M5 at Jct 24, proceed into Bridgwater and take the A39 towards Minehead. As you approach Cannington you will pick up the brown tourist signs to Stockland Lovell Equestrian. Stockland Lovell is 3 miles from Cannington on the Hinkley Point road, and is signposted on the left hand side.
