Rules and
Conditions
No refunds will be given after the closing date for
entries. In the event of cancellation, 25% of entry
fees may be retained.
This competition will be run in accordance with BE
rules for Adult’s classes & PC rules for
Children’s classes.
Final decisions will rest with the Chief Steward and
Organiser. Cross Country will be timed in Classes
4 &5.
Dressage tests may be read in classes 1B, 2, 3, 4, & 5
but will incur 5 penalties.
Class 3 will run over a slightly shorted cross country
course.
A deposit of £5 will be charged on numbers. Correct
money please.
Dogs to be kept on leads at all times.
Riding hats to current British Standard must be worn.
Hats to Standard BS4472 are not acceptable. Hats must
be worn at all times when mounted. Back protectors must
be worn for the Cross Country Phase and are recommended
for Show Jumping. Medical armbands also recommended.
First Aid in attendance, vet on call.
Refreshments will be provided by 2 L's Catering.
Please take all litter home .
Entries will be processed in order of being received.
In the event of classes being filled, a waiting list
will be kept.
