Withdrawals & Refunds

In accordance with BD rules withdrawals should be made three days before the date of the competition and written conformation of a verbal withdrawal should be made within 7 days of the withdrawal. Should a competitor have to withdraw after the withdrawal date this should be made by phoning 01278 652224 as soon as possible.

No refund will be made for withdrawals after the close of entries. Fifty percent of total entry fees will be returned to those withdrawals received before the close of entries.
